We want women to put an end to the restrictive fad diets, endless cardio and feeling like a ‘failure’. Our mission is to empower females to say goodbye to inflexible dieting, food obsessions and body anxieties for good.

You tell us your goals, and we will guide you to that goal in a healthy, sustainable and enjoyable approach.

YOUR FIRST CLASS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class so that we can familiarise you with the studio and the equipment.

Bring along a pair of Pilates socks, or purchase in Studio

Please wear workout gear that is comfortable to move around in. We recommend a tank top or T-shirt and form fitting leggings or shorts.

Stay hydrated! Be sure to drink water before, during and after your class to stay hydrated.
