HOW TO START?

How do I become a Pilates Instructor if I have no experience?

The best way to become a pilates teacher is to enrol into the Pilates Online Anatomy Course.  This way you get to learn the anatomy language used on our Intensive Courses and lays a strong foundation for any Pilates Instructor.

I have some experience but I am not feeling confident, what do you recommend?

You have 3 ways to start as a new Pilates Teacher.  You can choose to enrol in either the Online Pilates Anatomy Course, Intensive Mat Course or Intensive Reformer Course.  It doesn’t matter which order you choose to do them in both the mat and reformer courses are foundational and the anatomy course will be a refresher if needed.

WHY CHOOSE STOTT PILATES®?

We don’t just teach choreography, we are exceptionally proud of our detailed method.  We teach you why you do the exercise not just how to do it.  You will learn how to program for individuals to help them create better movement patterns and why they may need to modify an exercise for them before progressing it to the next level.  This is why STOTT PILATES® Instructors are highly sought after.

Our method is highly regarded for its anatomical and intelligent approach.  You will learn 6 Biomechanical Principles which are the STOTT PILATES® biomechanics for movement and you will learn how to use them to correct your clients alignment and movement patterns to progress them successfully.
