Our Barre Pilates Classes are Calorie-Burning & Fun

 

Challenge your balance, strength and endurance as our instructors lead you through flowing, choreographed sequences that target your whole body, keeping your heart rate elevated and body burning calories. The added use of weight’s and other props will help tone and condition your body.

We use a variety of props to help guarantee a results driven workout.

NB If you have any injuries it is advisable to start with our intro package.

YOUR FIRST CLASS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class so that we can familiarise you with the studio and the equipment.

Bring along a pair of Pilates socks, or purchase in Studio

Please wear workout gear that is comfortable to move around in. We recommend a tank top or T-shirt and form fitting leggings or shorts.

Stay hydrated! Be sure to drink water before, during and after your class to stay hydrated.
