BOOK A CLASS
New to Pilates
A one on one introduction to pilates teaching you the basic principles:
How to breathe in pilates, what is neutral or imprint, your ribcage placement, shoulders, head and neck placement. We will also teach you correct form and technique so when you join the group class you are fully prepared. All of these principles will help you to achieve the best from your pilates workout.
Decide what type of class/classes you would like to attend and we will get you ready.
YOUR FIRST CLASS
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class so that we can familiarise you with the studio and the equipment.
Bring along Pilates socks or you can purchase a pair at the studio
Please wear workout gear that is comfortable to move around in. We recommend a tank top or T-shirt and form fitting leggings or shorts.
Stay hydrated! Be sure to drink water before, during and after your class to stay hydrated.
Optional, you can bring a small gym towel
